HealthPlus 4 Men is implementing the Epidemic Control (EpiC) Program funded by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) which is dedicated to achieving and maintaining HIV epidemic control. HP4M has been implementing this program under FHI 360 as prime and has a five-year period of performance from April 15, 2019 to April 14, 2024.

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
The objective of this program is to implement activities to support attainment and maintenance of epidemic control among KP by delivering HIV prevention, care, and treatment services for these populations and their networks; with a focus on the key populations of men who have sex with men (MSM) residing or working in Eswatini.
As an implementing partner, HealthPlus 4 Men (HP4M) is improving accessibility, acceptability, coverage and quality of HIV services in the Hhohho and Shiselweni regions respectively through featured innovative program approaches and modalities that focuses on supporting effective optimization of KP strategies in supporting case finding, increase direct provision of treatment and quality of care and support, the scaling up of PrEP provision at the community level and Psychosocial support to achieve the following specific objectives: 1. Attain and maintain HIV epidemic control among MSMs. 2. Improve program management, health information systems, human resources for health (HRH), and financial systems to attain and maintain epidemic control.
SERVICES HP4M offers a variety of Sexual Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) Services mostly based around HIV and testing Services (HTS) since we are more for fighting towards epidemic control of HIV among Key Populations. Our services include but not limited to: • HIV Prevention Treatment & Care • STI Screening & Treatment • Psycho-social Support.
