HealthPlus 4 Men, (HP4M) is a registered non-governmental, MSM-led organization in Swaziland founded in 2014 that seeks to address Disadvantaged Men, the LGBTIQ community members and Key Populations' diverse sexual health needs and HIV/AIDS issues through free medical and psycho-social services. HP4M addresses the behavioural, biological, economic and structural factors that Men at higher risks for HIV and AIDS infection face; through combination prevention, support and care. We seek to provide direct health services to all Men, the LGBTIQ community members and Key Populations' while advocating for access to adequate prevention, treatment, care and support in HIV and AIDS, as well as a social environment free of stigma and discrimination.

Enhance and sustain the demand for comprehensive prevention, care and treatment services among the LGBTIQ community memebers and Key Populations.
Strengthen the systems for planning, monitoring, evaluating and assuring the quality of programs for the LGBTIQ community memebers and Key Populations.
Advocate for the observance and respect of the human rights of the LGBTIQ community memebers and Key Population in Eswatini.
